Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gernot Berntsen got the match started through his kick off. Georg Zimmer kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 6 minutes, Gernot Berntsen made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Meerhöfe's Leon Schwantes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9thth minute of the game Gernot Berntsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerhöfe's Leon Schwantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on Scherndorf FSV's corner Gernot Berntsen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leon Schwantes quite easily take care of the ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Gernot Berntsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerhöfe's Leon Schwantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Scherndorf FSV's Gernot Berntsen in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meerhöfe's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gernot Berntsen in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Schwantes saved Meerhöfe from getting behind. When Ilja Pleschke fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meerhöfe's protests and gave Ilja Pleschke a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Meerhöfe's zone, Gernot Berntsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Schwantes came out of the goal and Gernot Berntsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Meerhöfe's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Ibrügger came free, but Leon Schwantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Schwantes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gernot Berntsen's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Gernot Berntsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Schwantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Schwantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Zapf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Antonio Zapf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Schwantes. Meerhöfe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Zapf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Zapf in the 38th minute of play forced Meerhöfe's goalkeeper Leon Schwantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48thth minute of the game Gernot Berntsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerhöfe's Leon Schwantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jakob Waske to strike the kick off in the second half. Max Kasik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robin Arbogast went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute, Reinhart Rehm made a precise shot to the right of Max Kasik. Scherndorf FSV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 58th match minute, Meerhöfe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Schaffrath to maneuver through the defense. Georg Zimmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Leon Schwantes made a huge save. In the 61st minute of the match, Gernot Berntsen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leon Schwantes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Antonio Zapf kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leon Schwantes. That made the score 3-3 in the 62 minute of play. Leon Schwantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernot Berntsen in the 76th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gernot Berntsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leon Schwantes was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Artur Ibrügger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Schwantes having to interfere. Scherndorf FSV's Christian Bullinger was substituted for Gernot Berntsen. Antonio Zapf struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Leon Schwantes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scherndorf FSV. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Leon Schwantes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Antonio Zapf was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. Scherndorf FSV's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Bullinger got free with Leon Schwantes in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Zapf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Leon Schwantes made a huge save. Leon Schwantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Bullinger in the 94th minute of the match. Artur Ibrügger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leon Schwantes came out and tried to block the shot, but Artur Ibrügger slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 95th minute. When the match was over Scherndorf FSV could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Meerhöfe throughout the match.
