Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Dunningen's Norbert Heimeier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gernot Beutin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Felix Schmals short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Gernot Beutin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gernot Beutin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krister Nunold, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Gunter Dohr's late challenge caught a FC Dunningen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gunter Dohr helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Görschnitz FC got a freekick which was hit by Gunter Dohr. Görschnitz FC's Krister Nunold got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tino Schäffner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Heimeier in the 27th minute of play forced Görschnitz FC's goalkeeper Niko Echterhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Görschnitz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Descharmes came free, but Niko Echterhoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Schmal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Gernot Beutin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Niko Echterhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Heimeier in the 41st minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Schmal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gernot Beutin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauritz Bucher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tino Schäffner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gernot Beutin having to interfere. Görschnitz FC's Felix Schmal got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Felix Schmal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Felix Schmal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Görschnitz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Schmal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Krister Nunold managed to get in a good position for a shot. Görschnitz FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Krister Nunold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gernot Beutin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niko Echterhoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Heimeier, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Günther Radbruch in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Görschnitz FC's Dante Greve.
