Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, SV Darmstadt 98's Dimitri Pötters seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dimitri Pötters the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SV Darmstadt 98 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dimitri Pötters had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of SV Darmstadt 98:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yusufstinktnachkacke FC:s goal. After 9 minutes, Corvinus Steenkiste mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yusufstinktnachkacke FC and the SV Darmstadt 98 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yusufstinktnachkacke FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! Egbert Mühlstein walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 11 minutes into the match, Yusufstinktnachkacke FC's Leik Rieger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Kopplin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Radomil Fürderer managed to get in a good position for a shot. SV Darmstadt 98's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomil Fürderer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismail Buhmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, Yusufstinktnachkacke FC's goalkeeper Ismail Buhmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steffen Feuerstein. Steffen Feuerstein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ismail Buhmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Zielonka's late challenge caught a SV Darmstadt 98's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Zielonka helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SV Darmstadt 98 booed when Yusufstinktnachkacke FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Zielonka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yusufstinktnachkacke FC's zone, Steffen Feuerstein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismail Buhmann came out of the goal and Steffen Feuerstein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Leik Rieger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karsten Waack kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Stefano Eilers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egbert Mühlstein was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Artur Kopplin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meinolf Haupt in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, SV Darmstadt 98's goal looked a bit too open when Leik Rieger came free, but Artur Kopplin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 played minutes SV Darmstadt 98 got a freekick which was hit by Holger Böge. Corvinus Steenkiste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Kopplin having to make a save. Özcan Wenck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismail Buhmann having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yusufstinktnachkacke FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, SV Darmstadt 98's Egbert Mühlstein got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ismail Buhmann. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Steffen Feuerstein to make the kick off. Leik Rieger who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Artur Kopplin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leik Rieger got free with Artur Kopplin in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artur Kopplin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leik Rieger in the 61st minute. When Heini Lafontaine fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yusufstinktnachkacke FC's protests and gave Heini Lafontaine a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Heini Lafontaine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steffen Feuerstein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steffen Feuerstein in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismail Buhmann saved Yusufstinktnachkacke FC from getting behind. The Yusufstinktnachkacke FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Yusufstinktnachkacke FC's Leik Rieger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Artur Kopplin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meinolf Haupt in the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, SV Darmstadt 98's Steffen Feuerstein sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismail Buhmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radomil Fürderer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artur Kopplin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 92nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2.
