Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Manfred Kirschner succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. The supporters of Stadl FSV booed when HAMBURGER SPORT VEREIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Schwarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th match minute, Stadl FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Gill to maneuver through the defense. If Manfred Kirschner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Sid Hanta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Sudhoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sid Hanta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mesut Vohwinkel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Sandro Erler managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when HAMBURGER SPORT VEREIN's Manfred Kirschner fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. HAMBURGER SPORT VEREIN's Michael Kreikemeyer shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sandro Erler but with some difficulty. Mesut Vohwinkel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manfred Kirschner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Sandro Erler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stadl FSV's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mesut Vohwinkel 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mesut Vohwinkel to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Bertram Schwarz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HAMBURGER SPORT VEREIN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stadl FSV the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Bertram Schwarz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Stadl FSV's Jakob Kueres got a free kick in the 57th minute. Manfred Kirschner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Erler having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sid Hanta in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Sudhoff prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patrik Sudhoff made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Gerd-Peter Kienast sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, HAMBURGER SPORT VEREIN's Bertram Schwarz got a free kick in the 67th minute. If Gerd-Peter Kienast had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sid Hanta got free with Patrik Sudhoff in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerd-Peter Kienast received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Patrik Sudhoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Stadl FSV got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Kueres. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The HAMBURGER SPORT VEREIN fans cheered their team off the field, for while Stadl FSV had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
