Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nils Haaf started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans-Joachim Kunze got free with Uwe-Jens Kretschmann in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Schachthalden's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Waldemar Heintges 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Rodolfo Rubeck struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Klaus Rudersdorfer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schachthalden. Leopold Thieme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaus Rudersdorfer having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Leopold Thieme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klaus Rudersdorfer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Niklas Christen lost his temper 22 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Schachthalden! After 29 minutes, Julien Tritz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oberwipper FC and the Schachthalden players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julien Tritz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Nils Haaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Rainer Geiß took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Uwe-Jens Kretschmann to make any attempt to save it. After 40 played minutes Schachthalden got a freekick which was hit by Leopold Thieme. In the 48th minute, Benedikt Mackowiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klaus Rudersdorfer was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Waldemar Heintges to strike the kick off in the second half. Nils Haaf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klaus Rudersdorfer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Uwe-Jens Kretschmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Joachim Kunze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Oberwipper FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Heintges. Schachthalden's Rodolfo Rubeck couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Oberwipper FC. After 73 minutes, Leopold Thieme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Schachthalden and the Oberwipper FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leopold Thieme kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. When Hans-Joachim Kunze came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Oberwipper FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Joachim Kunze couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Schachthalden's zone, Waldemar Heintges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uwe-Jens Kretschmann came out of the goal and Waldemar Heintges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st match minute, Schachthalden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Rubeck to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the game, Brian Scheiff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oberwipper FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Schachthalden the free kick. After a rather tough play, Oberwipper FC's Brian Scheiff got a free kick in the 88th minute. Oberwipper FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
