Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marc Kranz made the kick off which started today's match. In the 7th minute, Jörn Petershagen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute of the match Marc Kranz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ole Bentin skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matteo Güllmann got free with Johann Dreher in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marc Kranz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes Kick in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ole Bentin saved Mäusekicker from getting behind. If Marc Kranz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Döbelner SC booed when Mäusekicker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matteo Güllmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes, Döbelner SC's Ulrich Lettinger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ole Bentin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Döbelner SC reached it. Ole Bentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Kick in the 25th minute of play. Ole Bentin came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Döbelner SC's Marc Kranz. But to his dismay, Marc Kranz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 35 minutes into the game, Otto Bartsch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Döbelner SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mäusekicker the free kick. In the 35th minute, Otto Bartsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 37th minute, when Mäusekicker's Alois Krahforst after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Johann Dreher in Döbelner SC's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. 39 minutes into the match, Döbelner SC's Marc Kranz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ole Bentin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Döbelner SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Matteo Güllmann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mario Madel hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Marc Kranz, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dietrich Griese was the one to do the kick off. Dietrich Griese received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Johann Dreher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Matteo Güllmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mäusekicker's supporters rose to their feet, but Matteo Güllmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johann Dreher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ole Bentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Kranz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mäusekicker's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marc Kranz was slow to take the kick. During this time Döbelner SC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Johannes Kick managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Ole Bentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Kranz in the 65th minute of the match. If Matteo Güllmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörn Petershagen scored 1-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johann Dreher, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johann Dreher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matteo Güllmann went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Dietrich Griese took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johann Dreher. Johann Dreher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Ole Bentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Kranz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Marc Kranz came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Döbelner SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Kranz couldn't finish the play. In the 96th match minute, Mäusekicker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Madel to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Döbelner SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mäusekicker.
