A collision led to AC Sparta Praha getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Josef Semrád hit a great ball. Miroslav Štancl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Holaň in the 12th minute of play. Jiří Matyska recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th match minute, AC Sparta Praha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Henriques to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Holaň recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Gabriel Holaň managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. K.Brucknerova Akademie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Holaň was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milan Němec during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vojtěch Šandor hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. When Gabriel Holaň came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the K.Brucknerova Akademie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Holaň couldn't finish the play. Jiří Matyska sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Jiří Matyska got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Libor Hauser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslav Štancl having to interfere. Gabriel Holaň struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Miroslav Štancl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for K.Brucknerova Akademie. Jiří Matyska sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vojtěch Šandor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Libor Hauser ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miroslav Štancl was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Miroslav Štancl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liboslav Henych in the 56th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiří Matyska in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miroslav Štancl saved AC Sparta Praha from getting behind. Jiří Matyska took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miroslav Štancl. Miroslav Štancl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in AC Sparta Praha's zone, Jiří Matyska stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miroslav Štancl came out of the goal and Jiří Matyska tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miroslav Štancl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Holaň went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Libor Hauser took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miroslav Štancl. Miroslav Štancl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Miroslav Štancl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Holaň, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. A collision led to AC Sparta Praha getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Josef Semrád hit a great ball. When K.Brucknerova Akademie's Jiří Matyska in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Sparta Praha's goalie prevented a goal. Gabriel Holaň blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miroslav Štancl having to make a save. After 87 played minutes K.Brucknerova Akademie got a freekick which was hit by Radim Kůs. In the 89thth minute of the game Jiří Matyska who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Sparta Praha's Miroslav Štancl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 94 minutes into the game, K.Brucknerova Akademie's Jiří Matyska nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miroslav Štancl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. K.Brucknerova Akademie's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
