Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Starlight Knights booed when AC Cetechovice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Špinka didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of FC Starlight Knights booed when AC Cetechovice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vratislav Bartoníček didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AC Cetechovice's Eugen Polívka got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vavřinec Kastner to strike the kick off in the second half. If Adolf Malec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Cetechovice's Vavřinec Kastner got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vavřinec Kastner in the 67th minute of play forced FC Starlight Knights's goalkeeper Pavel Čada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Starlight Knights's Pavel Čada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Starlight Knights from getting a goal against them. Josef Dzurko struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Vitalij Kubelka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Starlight Knights. When FC Starlight Knights's Adolf Malec in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, FC Starlight Knights's František Grulich got a free kick in the 81st minute.
