Nedvezi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zahradka the free kick. Michal Štípek kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Zahradka booed when Nedvezi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vratislav Kavalír didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavel Vybíhal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oldřich Šlechta, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Nedvezi's goal looked a bit too open when Oldřich Šlechta came free, but Pavel Vybíhal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Matěj Hromas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zahradka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matěj Hromas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Oldřich Šlechta came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Zahradka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oldřich Šlechta couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Zahradka's goal looked a bit too open when Juraj Maruška came free, but Alexej Štochl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otmar Škorpil kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Vratislav Kavalír might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexej Štochl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vratislav Kavalír ran back to his position shaking his head. Juraj Maruška recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juraj Maruška to make the kick off. Oldřich Šlechta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pavel Vybíhal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oldřich Šlechta in the 59th minute of the match. Matěj Hromas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Matěj Hromas came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Zahradka fans jumped to their feet. Oldřich Šlechta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Vybíhal having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Juraj Maruška managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nedvezi's supporters rose to their feet, but Juraj Maruška was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexej Štochl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pavel Vybíhal made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Matěj Hromas sent off a good shot on target. Libor Pustějovský kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After 78 minutes of play Nedvezi's Michal Štípek was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 79th match minute, Nedvezi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Štípek to maneuver through the defense. Juraj Maruška hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Oldřich Šlechta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zahradka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oldřich Šlechta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zahradka's Erik Horný got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nedvezi's Pavel Vybíhal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Nedvezi from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Nedvezi's zone, Oldřich Šlechta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavel Vybíhal came out of the goal and Oldřich Šlechta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Juraj Maruška hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Plášek kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Pavel Vybíhal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oldřich Šlechta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Zahradka players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
