Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vittorio Garnier in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandor Stockli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sandor Stockli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vittorio Garnier, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Urbano Michel kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, K.F. SHKËNDIJA's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Klein came free, but Sandor Stockli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franklin Lapierre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francois Traugott, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Henri Charette hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Francois Traugott blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franklin Lapierre having to make a save. K.F. SHKËNDIJA's Sandor Stockli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Klein in the 24th minute of play. Franklin Lapierre was a little too slow when Francois Traugott got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 41 played minutes K.F. SHKËNDIJA got a freekick which was hit by Jerom Osterhagen. Henry Klein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandor Stockli having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francois Traugott was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Vittorio Garnier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carsten Dreher hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Klein in the 66th minute of play forced K.F. SHKËNDIJA's goalkeeper Sandor Stockli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Würenlos SC's Franklin Lapierre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rico Emhardt in the 72nd minute of play. When Henri Charette fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Würenlos SC's protests and gave Henri Charette a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of K.F. SHKËNDIJA booed when Würenlos SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Charette didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the game, K.F. Sandor Stockli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Würenlos SC's Henry Klein got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to K.F. SHKËNDIJA getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Waldemar Schneider hit a great ball. After having played for 100 minutes Jordan Bettinelli managed to get himself in a good position for a goal as Würenlos SC's supporters held their thumbs. Jordan Bettinelli was, after a quick turn, in perfect balance and slotted the ball in at the right post. The score was now 2-1. The K.F. SHKËNDIJA support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
