An unexpectedly hard shot by Cäsar Camiscia in the 12th minute of play forced Aurigeno's goalkeeper Eduard Frueh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Faoug AC's Timo Robert got control of the ball when Josua Beljean tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 18 played minutes Aurigeno got a freekick which was hit by Carl Vinciguerra. In the 22nd minute, Benjamin Leibacher got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eduard Frueh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cäsar Camiscia in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Stephane Scheiber ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduard Frueh was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 33 minutes, Cäsar Camiscia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Faoug AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cäsar Camiscia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Bertoldo Brandt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurigeno were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Faoug AC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carl Vinciguerra took the corner. The corner ended in Carl Vinciguerra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Faoug AC's Timo Robert did a great save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nathanael Kohler made a kick off. Carl Vinciguerra kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Aurigeno getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mitja Felber hit a great ball. Stephane Scheiber hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Cäsar Camiscia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stephane Scheiber might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduard Frueh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stephane Scheiber ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes into the game, Stephane Scheiber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Faoug AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aurigeno the free kick. Stephane Scheiber kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Cäsar Camiscia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eduard Frueh, 0-2. Timo Robert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josua Beljean, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Faoug AC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Aurigeno:s goal. The referee gave Aurigeno a penalty, 93 minutes into the game.
