Alan Apicella helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Novaggio AC's Alan Apicella got a free kick in the 5th minute. Jerome Lajoie charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerome Lajoie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Novaggio AC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Jerome Lajoie hit a great ball. In the 11th minute LucaLucan Kempf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rainier Herz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heiner Olivieri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Borer having to interfere. Jerome Lajoie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by LucaLucan Kempf in the 28th minute of play forced Novaggio AC's goalkeeper Rainier Herz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michele Piretti took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rainier Herz. Rainier Herz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Novaggio AC's Rainier Herz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by LucaLucan Kempf in the 36th minute of play. Jerome Lajoie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jarl Borer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arolla FC's Jarl Borer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Herzog in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Jerome Lajoie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Novaggio AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerome Lajoie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rainier Herz made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Michele Piretti sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute LucaLucan Kempf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rainier Herz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Arolla FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Thoralf Soldati hit a great ball. After 78 minutes of play, Novaggio AC's Jerome Lajoie made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarl Borer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jerome Lajoie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarl Borer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerome Lajoie in the 86th minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Novaggio AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernand Izzo to maneuver through the defense. The Arolla FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Arolla FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
