Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yannis Geiser started the match with the kick off. Yannis Geiser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Battista Hellmüller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romanel HC's Felicien Bourgouin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yannis Geiser in the 22nd minute of play. Uberto Ackerman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 24th playminute. If Uberto Ackerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grosswangen AC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Hans-Ruedi Figini scored to the left of an out of position Argus Büto, making the score, 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, Romanel HC's Hans-Ruedi Figini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Argus Büto narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hans-Ruedi Figini to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uberto Ackerman in the 53rd minute of play forced Grosswangen AC's goalkeeper Argus Büto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romanel HC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Yannis Geiser scored to the left of an out of position Felicien Bourgouin, making the score, 2-2. Battista Hellmüller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Felicien Bourgouin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uberto Ackerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lester Kretz made a great header on Romanel HC's corner, it was just that Grosswangen AC's Argus Büto managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 91st minute Hans-Ruedi Figini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argus Büto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argus Büto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uberto Ackerman in the 92nd minute of the match. Grosswangen AC's Argus Büto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Ruedi Figini in the 94th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
