Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Otto Stadelmann took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Otto Stadelmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gianluca Wüst was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Vito Jurt charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vito Jurt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Vito Jurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Fjodor Glanzmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluca Wüst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Valatscha's Otto Stadelmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gianluca Wüst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Otto Stadelmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fjodor Glanzmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Utzenstorf's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Stadelmann came free, but Gianluca Wüst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jo Faoccia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Valatscha getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Danilo Burkhart hit a great ball. Valatscha's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jo Faoccia 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. 32 minutes into the game, Valatscha's Armando Mathieu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gianluca Wüst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Ulrico Eisenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Utzenstorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulrico Eisenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franek Eberli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gianluca Wüst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fjodor Glanzmann in the 41st minute of the match. Farid Galliker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Valatscha were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulrico Eisenberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Armando Mathieu's late challenge caught a Utzenstorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Mathieu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Valatscha getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Armando Mathieu hit a great ball. Jo Faoccia scored 2-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franek Eberli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fjodor Glanzmann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Gianluca Wüst when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Fjodor Glanzmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulrico Eisenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Valatscha defense, Ulrico Eisenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franek Eberli. The Valatscha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franek Eberli should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Utzenstorf's Farid Galliker got a free kick in the 76th minute. Fjodor Glanzmann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Gianluca Wüst when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Otto Stadelmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Utzenstorf's Gianluca Wüst got control of the ball when Fjodor Glanzmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Fjodor Glanzmann came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Valatscha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fjodor Glanzmann couldn't finish the play. With his leg Gianluca Wüst managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Valatscha's Fjodor Glanzmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Utzenstorf's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
