Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabrizio Ambrogioni kicked off to start the match. Luís Moutinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomasz Imbor's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Castagnola's Helge Macchia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Moutinho. Luís Moutinho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Helge Macchia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th match minute, Delémont EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Huber Lambrozzi to maneuver through the defense. Luís Moutinho made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Helge Macchia sent off a good shot on target. Delémont EC's Luís Moutinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Delémont EC from getting a goal against them. Castagnola's Tobias von Planta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Trolla in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute Roberto Trolla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias von Planta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Quirino Rauber dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luís Moutinho, 2-0. When Castagnola's Tomasz Imbor, in the 32nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Castagnola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Galliker in the 34th minute of play forced Castagnola's goalkeeper Tobias von Planta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Moutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Imbor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Renald Wildhaber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Moutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renald Wildhaber might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Moutinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Renald Wildhaber ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís Moutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helge Macchia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helge Macchia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomasz Imbor made a kick off. Aaron Kost's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Moutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Helge Macchia took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Moutinho. Luís Moutinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 56 minutes into the game, Castagnola's Igor Marino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Moutinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 60thth minute of the game Quirino Rauber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Delémont EC's Luís Moutinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Castagnola's Tobias von Planta got control of the ball when Fabrizio Ambrogioni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomasz Imbor scored 6-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Moutinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Castagnola's Helge Macchia got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Delémont EC defense, Quirino Rauber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Moutinho. The Delémont EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Moutinho should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Tomasz Imbor notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Delémont EC's Luís Moutinho. Luís Moutinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Moutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quirino Rauber, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 89 minutes of play, Castagnola's Tomasz Imbor made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Moutinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Moutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quirino Rauber in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Castagnola getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Thommy Beckenbauer hit a great ball. In the 96th match minute, Castagnola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thommy Beckenbauer to maneuver through the defense.
