With a little luck, RSC Enghien's Greg Klinkenberg got control of the ball when Aime Van Engelen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Greg Klinkenberg made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Aime Van Engelen sent off a good shot on target. If Lukasz Czech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute of the match, Aime Van Engelen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Greg Klinkenberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aime Van Engelen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greg Klinkenberg having to interfere. A collision led to RSC Enghien getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Oswald Bormans hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lukasz Czech made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Isidoor Van Hermenghem made a precise shot to the right of Greg Klinkenberg. RSC Enghien's supporters rose to their feet, but Qwinten Van Landewijck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Stuckens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute of the match, Qwinten Van Landewijck got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benjamin Stuckens was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
