Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Stichelen's zone, Ludo Tilens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Volle came out of the goal and Ludo Tilens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the game, Nestor Decoster was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stichelen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Ortho the free kick. After 5 played minutes Stichelen got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Decoster. In the 6th minute of the match Balthazar Vrijdag sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mark Volle skillfully saved the ball. If Oscar Van Aertvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steff Wauters was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Richy Van Eersel. The audience was convinced that Oscar Van Aertvin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mark Volle was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Ortho's Olliver Coryn got a free kick in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Stichelen's goal looked a bit too open when Julien De Weerdt came free, but Mark Volle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Stichelen's Berten Goethals sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steff Wauters narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pierrot Konings fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steff Wauters having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Oscar Van Aertvin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mark Volle was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Pierrot Konings managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stichelen's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierrot Konings was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steff Wauters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Andrew Reijnders came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the FC Ortho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrew Reijnders couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Stichelen's Pierrot Konings dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 44th minute Oscar Van Aertvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Volle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Mark Volle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Van Aertvin in the 54th minute of the match. If Pierrot Konings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Oscar Van Aertvin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Berten Goethals managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stichelen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berten Goethals was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luckas Renotte kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Oscar Van Aertvin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Mark Volle skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mark Volle made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Ludo Tilens sent off a good shot on target. Berten Goethals fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steff Wauters having to interfere. Pierrot Konings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Ludo Tilens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mark Volle acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 88th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bernard Huybrechts. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Andrew Reijnders managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ortho's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrew Reijnders was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Volle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steff Wauters was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Ortho's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
