Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adolphe Reijnders took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes KSV Surdac got a freekick which was hit by Felix Schoutens. KSV Surdac's Guilian Van Aghten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Van Cleijnenbreughel in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurence Van Poucke in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilian Van Aghten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. KAA Hody's Laurence Van Poucke got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Laurence Van Poucke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Frederic Schuts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilian Van Aghten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolphe Reijnders kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KSV Surdac's zone, Laurence Van Poucke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilian Van Aghten came out of the goal and Laurence Van Poucke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. KAA Hody's Frederic Schuts got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Laurence Van Poucke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guilian Van Aghten was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Guilian Van Aghten came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by KAA Hody's Ryan Van Cleijnenbreughel. But to his dismay, Ryan Van Cleijnenbreughel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Guilian Van Aghten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurence Van Poucke in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolphe Reijnders during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KAA Hody booed when KSV Surdac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolphe Reijnders didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, KSV Surdac's goal looked a bit too open when Laurence Van Poucke came free, but Guilian Van Aghten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederic Schuts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilian Van Aghten having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Frederic Schuts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KSV Surdac's Guilian Van Aghten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeff Van Beneden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Guilian Van Aghten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Laurence Van Poucke made the kick off in the second half. KSV Surdac's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Laurence Van Poucke scored to the left of an out of position Guilian Van Aghten, making the score, 0-4. In the 59th minute, Laurence Van Poucke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guilian Van Aghten was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Frederic Schuts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laurence Van Poucke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilian Van Aghten having to interfere. Laurence Van Poucke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Guilian Van Aghten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guilian Van Aghten was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Laurence Van Poucke showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 73 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Laurence Van Poucke took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Guilian Van Aghten to make any attempt to save it. Frederic Schuts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Guilian Van Aghten made a huge save. In the 81st minute Laurence Van Poucke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilian Van Aghten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurence Van Poucke scored 0-8 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guilian Van Aghten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frederic Schuts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Guilian Van Aghten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KAA Hody's Laurence Van Poucke got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guilian Van Aghten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederic Schuts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guilian Van Aghten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurence Van Poucke in the 94th minute of the match.
