Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dany Vranken started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, one of Haneffe:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Robrecht Claessens made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Joey Straetmans sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dany Vranken in the 16th minute of play forced Haneffe's goalkeeper Robrecht Claessens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henri Samyn came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Haneffe's Abel Manaers. But to his dismay, Abel Manaers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Joey Straetmans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dany Vranken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Manaers in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henri Samyn saved Offagne from getting behind. If Kurt Vervaet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Abel Manaers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri Samyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Manaers struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Henri Samyn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haneffe. Offagne's Joey Straetmans got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Haneffe's Abel Manaers in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Offagne's goalie prevented a goal. Kurt Vervaet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Manaers made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Frank Rutten shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henri Samyn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 56th minute Dany Vranken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robrecht Claessens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Offagne's zone, Isidoor Rijmenams stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henri Samyn came out of the goal and Isidoor Rijmenams tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henri Samyn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kurt Vervaet in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute Abel Manaers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri Samyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Maarten Van Eynde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Offagne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haneffe the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Offagne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maarten Van Eynde to maneuver through the defense. During the 69th minute of the match Maarten Van Eynde completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maarten Van Eynde a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Offagne's Maarten Van Eynde got a free kick in the 70th minute. Henri Samyn made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Kurt Vervaet sent off a good shot on target. Joachim Van Eynde hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Henri Samyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Manaers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Offagne got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Hoes. In the 90th minute, Joachim Van Eynde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Marnix Van den Paenhuysen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoor Rijmenams fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri Samyn having to interfere. Haneffe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
