Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Club Eegem's Mathis de Neutere started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andre La Rose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Willem Volens in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Eegem's Matt Wijngaerts. After 11 played minutes Jupilose CF got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Paul Loozen. In the 13th minute, Olliver Van Dijcke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andre La Rose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaas Volders having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Mathis de Neutere managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Eegem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathis de Neutere was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Eegem's Sebbe Coryn got a free kick in the 21st minute. Andre La Rose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Klaas Volders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Club Eegem's Mathis de Neutere in 33 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Klaas Volders guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Club Eegem's Mathieu-Maxim Walters managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Giovanni Declercq in the 35 minute of the game. Mathis de Neutere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaas Volders having to interfere. A collision led to Jupilose CF getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Olliver Van Dijcke hit a great ball. Klaas Volders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre La Rose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathis de Neutere struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Klaas Volders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Eegem. Club Eegem's Sebbe Coryn got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Mathis de Neutere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebbe Coryn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klaas Volders having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 52 played minutes Club Eegem got a freekick which was hit by Mathieu-Maxim Walters. After 59 minutes, Pierre-Paul Loozen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jupilose CF and the Club Eegem players grew even worse after the yellow card. 61 minutes into the game, Andre La Rose recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Klaas Volders. Andre La Rose showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Jacky Mallaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Van Hoegaerden, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jupilose CF's goalkeeper Klaas Volders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacky Mallaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustave Viskens in the 70th minute of play. Hans Van Dongel charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Van Dongel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hans Van Dongel hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Olliver Van Dijcke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebbe Coryn in the 80th minute of play forced Jupilose CF's goalkeeper Klaas Volders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jupilose CF's goalkeeper Klaas Volders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Klaas Volders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathis de Neutere, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
