When Lennart Caspers fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bleach's protests and gave Lennart Caspers a yellow card for diving instead. Michiel Van den Broeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Wortelers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes in the game, Joel Wortelers fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Michiel Van den Broeck having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Bleach got a freekick which was hit by William Vleschers. Bleach's Michiel Van den Broeck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Bleach from getting a goal against them. Giovanni Berghmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Giovanni Berghmans took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Michiel Van den Broeck to make any attempt to save it. Matias Van Crickinghe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cederik Van Leemput's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. William Vleschers hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Vogenee's Matias Van Crickinghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cederik Van Leemput in the 45th minute of play. If Cederik Van Leemput had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The wind increased when Giovanni Berghmans made the kick off in the second half. Cederik Van Leemput fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Van Crickinghe having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Wesly Gressens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Van Crickinghe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cederik Van Leemput showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 55 minute of play. When Cederik Van Leemput came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Bleach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cederik Van Leemput couldn't finish the play. If Joel Wortelers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Berghmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Vogenee's Giovanni Berghmans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michiel Van den Broeck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Bleach got a freekick which was hit by Noel Borginions. If Giovanni Berghmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 played minutes Bleach got a freekick which was hit by Dimitri Stroobans. 78 minutes into the game, Sam-Lucas Naets was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bleach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vogenee the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bleach fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 86th minute, Cederik Van Leemput got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cederik Van Leemput fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Van Crickinghe having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Vogenee were victorious despite being under pressure from Bleach for much of the match.
