If Sean Heijligen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Huyberechts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joery Snyers, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Albertus Rutgeerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julius Vercammen in the 22nd minute of the match. KFC Elene's Benjamin Huyberechts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Elene from getting a goal against them. Sylvan Van Hoght received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Albertus Rutgeerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, KFC Elene's goalkeeper Benjamin Huyberechts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sean Heijligen. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joery Snyers was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristiaan Godefroid during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bartjan De Vadder struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Albertus Rutgeerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Elene. Bartjan De Vadder kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th of the match, Bartjan De Vadder tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Albertus Rutgeerts got in the way and made a wonderful save. Park FC Houthalen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
