Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tom Keuppens kicked off to start the match. The supporters of FC The Smokers booed when Club Gooik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Engelborghs didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Roderik De Smet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kobe Tilens got free with Emiel Hauwaerts in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacq Calewaerts charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacq Calewaerts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, FC The Smokers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacq Calewaerts to maneuver through the defense. If David Lembrechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Club Gooik's zone, Kobe Tilens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiel Hauwaerts came out of the goal and Kobe Tilens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kobe Tilens got free with Emiel Hauwaerts in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the game, Jacq Calewaerts recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emiel Hauwaerts. Jacq Calewaerts showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Etienne Peten hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rdth minute of the game David Lembrechts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC The Smokers's Bobby Ericsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dominik Engelborghs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 51st match minute, FC The Smokers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etienne Peten to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute, David Lembrechts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Club Gooik's goal looked a bit too open when Kobe Tilens came free, but Emiel Hauwaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiel Hauwaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Keuppens in the 58th minute of the match. When Tom Keuppens came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC The Smokers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Keuppens couldn't finish the play. Kobe Tilens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes Club Gooik got a freekick which was hit by Robbie Van Aertvinck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Keuppens in the 82nd minute of play forced Club Gooik's goalkeeper Emiel Hauwaerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Gooik getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Anthoon Devaux hit a great ball. Bobby Ericsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaas Goons in the 87th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Tom Keuppens made a precise shot to the right of Emiel Hauwaerts. Club Gooik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0.
