Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Gijselinkx got the match started through his kick off. Ruud Fierens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Dams in the 4th minute of the match. Dimitri Blanchaert was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind RSC Mitswege's goalkeeper Alexandre De Cat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Daniel Gijselinkx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Daniel Gijselinkx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre De Cat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josef Dams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the game, FC Wielsbeke's Daniel Gijselinkx nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexandre De Cat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 24th minute Andrew Owerckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre De Cat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Gijselinkx in the 25th minute of play forced RSC Mitswege's goalkeeper Alexandre De Cat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glenn De Backer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josef Dams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Glenn De Backer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruud Fierens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 52 minutes, Daniel Gijselinkx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Wielsbeke's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Gijselinkx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Glenn De Backer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ruud Fierens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josef Dams in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruud Fierens saved FC Wielsbeke from getting behind. A collision led to RSC Mitswege getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Fabien Wintermans hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC Wielsbeke defense, Josef Dams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruud Fierens. The FC Wielsbeke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruud Fierens should have stopped the shot. In the 70th minute Daniel Gijselinkx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre De Cat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes, Dimitri Van der Weijden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RSC Mitswege and the FC Wielsbeke players grew even worse after the yellow card. Andrew Owerckx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Alexandre De Cat made a huge save. 80 minutes into the match, Daniel Gijselinkx dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexandre De Cat, 3-2. Ruud Fierens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glenn De Backer in the 85th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Arthur Justens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Wielsbeke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RSC Mitswege the free kick. After 90 played minutes FC Wielsbeke got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Justens. RSC Mitswege walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
