Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ian Delcomte took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Carlos Keldermans came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the De Rudies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Keldermans couldn't finish the play. After having played for 8 minutes, Carlos Keldermans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Rudies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Keldermans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Leopold Loosen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KSV Reves's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Rudies the free kick. A collision led to KSV Reves getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. After a rather tough play, KSV Reves's Leopold Loosen got a free kick in the 14th minute. Marten Scheerens, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. KSV Reves's Anthoon Bernaerts suffered a sore thigh after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 23 minutes, Ruud Van Den Eijnde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Rudies and the KSV Reves players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, De Rudies's Ruud Van Den Eijnde got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Keldermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, KSV Reves's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Keldermans came free, but Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, De Rudies's Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlos Keldermans, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Keldermans made a kick off. Remy Bekaert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mark Meulemans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The De Rudies fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when De Rudies's Remy Bekaert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remy Bekaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 74 minutes, Remy Bekaert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 83rd match minute, KSV Reves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Vlimmens to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Keldermans in the 85th minute of play forced KSV Reves's goalkeeper Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, one of KSV Reves:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KSV Reves. The referee gave De Rudies a penalty, 88 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marten Scheerens, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of KSV Reves's Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir. 3-0. In the 92nd minute, Carlos Keldermans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pieter-Jan Dobbeleir was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 98 minutes KSV Reves's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marten Scheerens who took care of the corner kick. The corner led De Rudies's Carlos Keldermans to a score. 5-0 in the 98th minute. De Rudies's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
