In the 19th minute, Ali Nezirović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Medakovo NK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomislav Beganović came free, but Alexei Ganibović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomislav Beganović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Alexei Ganibović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomislav Beganović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexei Ganibović having to interfere. Medakovo NK's Zulko Duranović got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Olimpia Nairo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Medakovo NK were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomislav Beganović to strike the kick off in the second half. Medakovo NK's Alexei Ganibović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zajko Alić in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Medakovo NK booed when Olimpia Nairo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomislav Beganović didn't get a good kick on the ball. Živorad Spalević hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Alexei Ganibović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mušir Dušpara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomislav Beganović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexei Ganibović read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After some careless play in the Medakovo NK defense, Zajko Alić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexei Ganibović. The Medakovo NK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexei Ganibović should have stopped the shot. During the 63rd minute of the match Zoran Kuduzović completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zoran Kuduzović a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 63 played minutes Medakovo NK got a freekick which was hit by Zoran Kuduzović. Zajko Alić took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexei Ganibović. Alexei Ganibović dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 94th minute Tomislav Beganović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexei Ganibović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Medakovo NK got a freekick which was hit by Bešir Šakan. In the 95th minute, one of Medakovo NK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Medakovo NK. In the 97th minute there was a penalty for Olimpia Nairo. Mušir Dušpara stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alexei Ganibović. 4-1. Olimpia Nairo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Medakovo NK for a fine match.
