Fahrenbach's Tristan Buntzel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Timo Hirt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Fahrenbach's zone, Matthäus Herbst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tristan Buntzel came out of the goal and Matthäus Herbst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sharks FC's Matthäus Herbst got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tristan Buntzel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthäus Herbst's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute Mirco Kaltwasser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till-Julius Pietta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Fahrenbach defense, Timo Hirt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tristan Buntzel. The Fahrenbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tristan Buntzel should have stopped the shot. Matthäus Herbst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tristan Buntzel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matthäus Herbst showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 92 minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Sharks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Frei came free, but Till-Julius Pietta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sharks FC played a much better game than Fahrenbach and deserved their victory. The Fahrenbach players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
