Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mirco Kaltwasser started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rostatt! The referee gave Fahrenbach a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Uwe Nadel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Rostatt's Holger Ibertsberger. 0-1. Tristan Buntzel was a little too slow when Roland Wyes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-1. The supporters of Fahrenbach booed when Rostatt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danny Knabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uwe Nadel struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Holger Ibertsberger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fahrenbach. Eric Koch might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Buntzel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eric Koch ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Igelmann kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Patrik Frei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mirco Kaltwasser in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Holger Ibertsberger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the game, Jonas Kitzbichler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fahrenbach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rostatt the free kick. Tristan Buntzel made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Steffen Nuth sent off a good shot on target. When Steffen Nuth came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Rostatt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steffen Nuth couldn't finish the play. If Eric Koch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Steffen Nuth might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Buntzel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Steffen Nuth ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Tristan Buntzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Koch in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Jan Igelmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Steffen Nuth came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Rostatt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steffen Nuth couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Steffen Nuth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tristan Buntzel was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, Rostatt's Steffen Nuth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tristan Buntzel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 81 minutes, Patrik Frei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fahrenbach and the Rostatt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Steffen Nuth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Buntzel having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Norbert Doty was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fahrenbach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rostatt the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fahrenbach's Norbert Doty got a free kick in the 86th minute. Tristan Buntzel came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Rostatt's Roland Wyes. But to his dismay, Roland Wyes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
