Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ruben Dahmen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Jonathan Sundberg made a precise shot to the right of Alex Klop. Mariazell's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 7th minute Dominic-Simon Unterligauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Viegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Jürgen Zupancic could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Filipe Viegas however easily saved by the left post. In the 13th minute Dominic-Simon Unterligauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Viegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henning Gärtner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Filipe Viegas came out and tried to block the shot, but Henning Gärtner slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 16th minute. GFB Austria's Filipe Viegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendrik Blau in the 19th minute of play. Federico Alessandrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Klop having to interfere. With a little luck, GFB Austria's Filipe Viegas got control of the ball when Jürgen Zupancic tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alex Klop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Alessandrini in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mariazell's zone, Ulrich-Jürgen Dersewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Klop came out of the goal and Ulrich-Jürgen Dersewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Klop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Sundberg in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Mariazell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jürgen Kastener to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 40 minutes, Dominic-Simon Unterligauer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariazell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominic-Simon Unterligauer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Mariazell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Vegelahn to maneuver through the defense. If Jonathan Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, GFB Austria's Federico Alessandrini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex Klop narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filipe Viegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jürgen Zupancic in the 56th minute of play. Federico Alessandrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jonathan Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Alessandrini got free with Alex Klop in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jürgen Kastener during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GFB Austria booed when Mariazell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jürgen Kastener didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes GFB Austria got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Hauke Naumann. In the 71st minute of the match Adam Vegelahn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filipe Viegas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Jonathan Sundberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Alex Klop was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, GFB Austria's Ruben Dahmen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex Klop narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Klop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Dahmen in the 80th minute of play. Jonathan Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Klop having to interfere. Alex Klop made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Federico Alessandrini sent off a good shot on target. When GFB Austria's Björn Schelm in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mariazell's goalie prevented a goal. If Federico Alessandrini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jonathan Sundberg came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the GFB Austria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Sundberg couldn't finish the play. The Mariazell fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GFB Austria were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
