The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Namik Surroi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. Zejmen KS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Drino Zendeli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fredi Simaku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milot Ndoja in the 24th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patriot Stoli in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xhemal Drizaj saved Tropojë FK from getting behind. A collision led to Tropojë FK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dashi Gega hit a great ball. Namik Surroi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xhemal Drizaj having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Tropojë FK got a freekick which was hit by Milot Ndoja. Sadri Bytyçi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Xhemal Drizaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fredi Simaku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xheladin Hyzellari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredi Simaku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drino Zendeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. If Xheladin Hyzellari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sadri Bytyçi made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Zejmen KS's goal looked a bit too open when Drino Zendeli came free, but Fredi Simaku reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xhemal Drizaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sadri Bytyçi in the 58th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Eris Shenaj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xheladin Hyzellari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fredi Simaku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zejmen KS's Fredi Simaku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drino Zendeli in the 68th minute of play. Fredi Simaku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drino Zendeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Patriot Stoli kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zejmen KS's Namik Surroi got a free kick in the 76th minute. Sadri Bytyçi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xhemal Drizaj having to interfere. 88 minutes into the game, Namik Surroi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Xhemal Drizaj was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Xheladin Hyzellari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Tropojë FK's Drino Zendeli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fredi Simaku. That made the score 2-2 after 95 minutes of play.
