Raqi Kaliaj lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cudhi FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! Neritian Tona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Martion Gjoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edit Rexhepi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sinan Shkatrruesi in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Martion Gjoza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saimir Leka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martion Gjoza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saimir Leka having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Cudhi FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sinan Shkatrruesi came free, but Edit Rexhepi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Neritian Tona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vlora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Neritian Tona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edit Rexhepi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sinan Shkatrruesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Martion Gjoza made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Cudhi FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sinan Shkatrruesi came free, but Edit Rexhepi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Cudhi FK defense, Neritian Tona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edit Rexhepi. The Cudhi FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edit Rexhepi should have stopped the shot. Nexhat Brahja shot from long distance in the 65th minute, but Saimir Leka was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. If Martion Gjoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martion Gjoza struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Saimir Leka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cudhi FK. Sinan Shkatrruesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edit Rexhepi having to interfere. Edit Rexhepi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neritian Tona, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Vlora's Saimir Leka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Vlora from getting a goal against them. Sinan Shkatrruesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Edit Rexhepi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cudhi FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
