The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sol Wicks during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Sol Wicks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brett Dawson succeeded in the game's 7th minute to get real power on a long shot . Euston FC's Dennis Summers hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-0! When %teams%'s Jon Fuller was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-0 just inside the left pole, 10 minutes into the game. Dennis Summers was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Euston FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Fuller came free, but Dennis Summers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Euston FC's Justin Batty sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Buckley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andy Ingham got free with Dennis Summers in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the game, Jon Fuller recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dennis Summers. Jon Fuller showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. 40 minutes into the game, Cliff Wellings was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wheaton Aston City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Euston FC the free kick. In the 40th match minute, Wheaton Aston City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cliff Wellings to maneuver through the defense. Jon Fuller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Glen Bennett hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Wheaton Aston City booed when Euston FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jools Rushforth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wheaton Aston City's Jon Fuller got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justin Batty might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Buckley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Justin Batty ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 61st minute, Jon Fuller made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Summers. Euston FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When Jon Fuller came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Wheaton Aston City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon Fuller couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Jon Fuller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Summers was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Mike Lamb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Buckley made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Justin Batty sent off a good shot on target. If Mike Lamb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Summers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Fuller, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Dennis Summers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Fuller in the 91st minute of the match. Euston FC's Dennis Summers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Fuller in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wheaton Aston City fully deserved thier win.
