Anıl Arda Uraltay started the match with the kick off. Halit Argün didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zekeriya Atay went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Halit Ziya Vasfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Ali Asım Erdönmez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Halit Argün. Arac's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Asım Erdönmez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Anıl Arda Uraltay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Halit Ziya Vasfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hüsnü Uğurtay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Halit Ziya Vasfi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Hüsnü Uğurtay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zekeriya Atay to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd match minute, Arac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artaç Ersan to maneuver through the defense. Ali Asım Erdönmez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Halit Argün made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Arac's Arkın Dalayer got a free kick in the 65th minute. Hüsnü Uğurtay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halit Ziya Vasfi in the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Halit Ziya Vasfi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arac's supporters rose to their feet, but Halit Ziya Vasfi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hüsnü Uğurtay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Halit Ziya Vasfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anıl Arda Uraltay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüsnü Uğurtay having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Ömerli's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Arda Uraltay came free, but Hüsnü Uğurtay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Arac fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Despite being the better team, Arac failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
