Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Denizlispor's Samir Mengüç started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzkan Urluk came free, but Alkan Taze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Tümer Türek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alkan Taze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Oğuzkan Urluk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denizlispor's supporters rose to their feet, but Oğuzkan Urluk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alkan Taze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alkan Taze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzkan Urluk in the 12th minute of play. Oğuzkan Urluk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alkan Taze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samir Mengüç's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Oğuzkan Urluk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sakaryaspor FK's Alkan Taze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samir Mengüç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkan Taze having to interfere. Savaş Tayuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Songurhan Çoğa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gencay Hazin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gencay Hazin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Savaş Tayuk in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes in the game, Songurhan Çoğa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gencay Hazin having to interfere. Oğuzkan Urluk struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Alkan Taze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denizlispor. Samir Mengüç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkan Taze having to interfere. Sakaryaspor FK's Alkan Taze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samir Mengüç in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Denizlispor's zone, Songurhan Çoğa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gencay Hazin came out of the goal and Songurhan Çoğa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sakaryaspor FK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Samir Mengüç 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. 77 minutes into the game, Ümit Sanal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sakaryaspor FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denizlispor the free kick. Ümit Sanal hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match, Samir Mengüç tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alkan Taze saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 80 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor FK's goal looked a bit too open when Samir Mengüç came free, but Alkan Taze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
