Zaid Mücahit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Azim Asker fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bursa FK's protests and gave Azim Asker a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bursa FK's Azim Asker got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Bursa FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Zaid Mücahit scored to the left of an out of position Osman Ali Beren, making the score, 1-2. Bursa FK's Kubilay Tüzünalp suffered a sore thigh after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Zaid Mücahit charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bumin Uzsoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Bursa FK's Bumin Uzsoy got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Bursa FK were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bursa FK's Osman Ali Beren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nihat İlighan in the 54th minute of play. MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET's Çakır Ünlüsoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute, Bumin Uzsoy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bumin Uzsoy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Çakır Ünlüsoy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Çakır Ünlüsoy made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Bumin Uzsoy sent off a good shot on target. Güney Salim hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET's Çakır Ünlüsoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET from getting a goal against them. Bumin Uzsoy scored 1-4 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Çakır Ünlüsoy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bumin Uzsoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Çakır Ünlüsoy made a huge save. Bumin Uzsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Çakır Ünlüsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET's Ertuğrul Kural got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET got a freekick which was hit by Nihat İlighan. The MİLLİYETÇİ HAREKET fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bursa FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
