The supporters of Bordo Mavi booed when Boyabat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mürsel Paye didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franciszek Indyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Okaner Talaz having to make a save. Okaner Talaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Indyk in the 12th minute of the match. Boyabat's Okaner Talaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Indyk in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Boyabat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mürsel Paye to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Emrah Evvah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franciszek Indyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alp Baycan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Affan Açıkalın, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes Bordo Mavi got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Emrah Evvah. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Necdet Tigin fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bordo Mavi's protests and gave Necdet Tigin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Boyabat booed when Bordo Mavi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necdet Tigin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 70 minutes on the clock, Necdet Tigin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 69th minute, one of Bordo Mavi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bordo Mavi. Tarık Taha shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 72 minutes into the game, Refik Onultan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alp Baycan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mehmet Halis Şemsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mehmet Halis Şemsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Refik Onultan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alp Baycan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ali Atıf Altunışık sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bordo Mavi's Alp Baycan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Bordo Mavi from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Atıf Altunışık in the 88th minute of play forced Bordo Mavi's goalkeeper Alp Baycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 98 played minutes Bordo Mavi got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Emrah Evvah. When the final whistle went the supporters of Boyabat were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Bordo Mavi side.
