Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Uluç Sadi got the match started through his kick off. Hakkı Onur Şahbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uluç Sadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Battal Gazi Gündeş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paşa Ersavaş. Sarayköy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Battal Gazi Gündeş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 14th minute, SAW's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uluç Sadi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Coşkun Kelami in the 20th minute of play forced Sarayköy's goalkeeper Paşa Ersavaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarayköy's goalkeeper Paşa Ersavaş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Battal Gazi Gündeş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Battal Gazi Gündeş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Paşa Ersavaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Uluç Sadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakkı Onur Şahbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Battal Gazi Gündeş to make the kick off. Coşkun Kelami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Necmi Tevfik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sarayköy's Paşa Ersavaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Sarayköy from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, SAW's goal looked a bit too open when Uluç Sadi came free, but Hakkı Onur Şahbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necmi Tevfik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Hakkı Onur Şahbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Uluç Sadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the SAW defense, Necmi Tevfik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hakkı Onur Şahbey. The SAW fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hakkı Onur Şahbey should have stopped the shot. Hakkı Onur Şahbey came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Sarayköy's Necmi Tevfik. But to his dismay, Necmi Tevfik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Uluç Sadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Onur Şahbey having to interfere. Battal Gazi Gündeş struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Paşa Ersavaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAW. Necmi Tevfik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Onur Şahbey having to interfere. Sarayköy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
