Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zikri Sancar started the match with the kick off. If Zikri Sancar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eren Mansur was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Işık Özbir charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Işık Özbir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 16 minutes into the game, one of Karasu JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A collision led to Karasu JK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Edip Uçarer hit a great ball. If Zikri Sancar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rauf Derelioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ertan Ciray stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rauf Derelioğlu's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Zikri Sancar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ertan Ciray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Karasu JK got a freekick which was hit by Kaptan Naşit. Zeytinburnu JK's Zikri Sancar got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34thth minute of the game Rauf Derelioğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karasu JK's Ertan Ciray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Zikri Sancar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erim Satı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Ahmet Baki Eraksan made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edip Uçarer in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Baki Eraksan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute Edip Uçarer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Baki Eraksan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edip Uçarer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Baki Eraksan having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Edip Uçarer made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Baki Eraksan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erim Satı's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Ahmet Baki Eraksan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edip Uçarer went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Karasu JK booed when Zeytinburnu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orhan Veli İlcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Baki Eraksan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edip Uçarer, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Karasu JK's zone, Rauf Derelioğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ertan Ciray came out of the goal and Rauf Derelioğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeytinburnu JK's Kuddusî Elçin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ertan Ciray came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Zeytinburnu JK's Rauf Derelioğlu. But to his dismay, Rauf Derelioğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zeytinburnu JK's Ahmet Baki Eraksan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erim Satı in the 88th minute of play. If Erim Satı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Baki Eraksan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erim Satı in the 92nd minute of the match. Edip Uçarer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ahmet Baki Eraksan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erim Satı blasted a shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Baki Eraksan having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kuddusî Elçin during the 100th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zeytinburnu JK's Kuddusî Elçin got a free kick in the 100th minute. After having played for 102 minutes, Edip Uçarer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karasu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edip Uçarer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
