After having played for 3 minutes, Talip Akdamar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saimbeyli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Talip Akdamar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Espiye FK booed when Saimbeyli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Berk Eraksan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Göktuğ Baray hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Yusuf Ziya Uruk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ahmet Danış Salur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Espiye FK got a freekick which was hit by Basílio da Cunha. Basílio da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Espiye FK's Ahmet Danış Salur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talip Akdamar in the 34th minute of play. When Talha Tandoğan fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saimbeyli's protests and gave Talha Tandoğan a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Saimbeyli! In the 42nd minute, Basílio da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yusuf Ziya Uruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Espiye FK's Damaso Eguntsenti got a free kick in the 47th minute.

54 minutes into the match, Espiye FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Danış Salur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Talip Akdamar. If Yusuf Ziya Uruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Espiye FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Göktuğ Ferikoğlu. 64 minutes into the match, Espiye FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Danış Salur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Talip Akdamar. Basílio da Cunha charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basílio da Cunha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Basílio da Cunha hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Saimbeyli's Gürkan Sehim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Eguntsenti in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute Basílio da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürkan Sehim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Talip Akdamar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ahmet Danış Salur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Eguntsenti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gürkan Sehim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gürkan Sehim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaid Yildıran in the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Espiye FK's goal looked a bit too open when Talip Akdamar came free, but Ahmet Danış Salur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saimbeyli's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
