An unexpectedly hard shot by Acar Saltar in the 6th minute of play forced Bünyan's goalkeeper Halit Seralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Sümer Gökdoğan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bünyan's supporters rose to their feet, but Sümer Gökdoğan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mete Özaltuğ breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute, Sümer Gökdoğan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mete Özaltuğ was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mesut Onuktekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mete Özaltuğ having to interfere. When Sümer Gökdoğan came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Bünyan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sümer Gökdoğan couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Acar Saltar made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bünyan's goal looked a bit too open when Acar Saltar came free, but Halit Seralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bünyan's Halit Seralp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bünyan from getting a goal against them. After having played for 58 minutes, Gogo Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bünyan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Berenguer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baran Ramiz charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baran Ramiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mete Özaltuğ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sümer Gökdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 93 minutes into the game, İskender Enver was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bünyan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kocaali FK the free kick. İskender Enver hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
