Neşat Vechi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Metin Suheyl in the 5th minute of play. Erbatur Refi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayındır Mehmet Taş in the 6th minute of play. Murat Selim Ayaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erbatur Refi having to interfere. Bayındır Mehmet Taş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Alkın Kaçan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Etiler SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alkın Kaçan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neşat Vechi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Karapinar's Ahmet Ziya Gazir got a free kick in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Karapinar's Neşat Vechi got control of the ball when Alkın Kaçan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karapinar's Ahmet Ziya Gazir got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alkın Kaçan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erbatur Refi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murat Selim Ayaz in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Bayındır Mehmet Taş made the kick off in the second half. Erbatur Refi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bayındır Mehmet Taş, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Bayındır Mehmet Taş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neşat Vechi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alkın Kaçan in the 60th minute of play. İskender Günaydın charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İskender Günaydın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. İskender Günaydın kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. But to his dismay, Murat Selim Ayaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Metin Suheyl came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Etiler SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Metin Suheyl couldn't finish the play. Alkın Kaçan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Neşat Vechi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İskender Günaydın kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Metin Suheyl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the game, Arda Baybars Mete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Etiler SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karapinar the free kick. The supporters of Karapinar booed when Etiler SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Baybars Mete didn't get a good kick on the ball.
