Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rumelikavagi FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Naci Eyüpoğlu scored to the left of an out of position Abdulaziz Ayyıldız, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Rumelikavagi FK's Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 12 played minutes Rumelikavagi FK got a freekick which was hit by Polat Süngü. Polat Süngü might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egemen Gök. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Polat Süngü ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdulaziz Ayyıldız showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naci Eyüpoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Naci Eyüpoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Naci Eyüpoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the ALTAY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naci Eyüpoğlu couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Naci Eyüpoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdulaziz Ayyıldız showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naci Eyüpoğlu in the 39th minute of the match. Egemen Gök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Rumelikavagi FK's Abdulaziz Ayyıldız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naci Eyüpoğlu in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Polat Süngü stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rumelikavagi FK's goalkeeper Abdulaziz Ayyıldız, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Polat Süngü hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Rumelikavagi FK's Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Aktan Hunalp struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Egemen Gök didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rumelikavagi FK. ALTAY's Nurtekin Övünç got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th match minute, Rumelikavagi FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuzalp Hanefi to maneuver through the defense. İsa Afgan missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 69 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Abdulaziz Ayyıldız right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esen Yusuf in the 71st minute of play forced Rumelikavagi FK's goalkeeper Abdulaziz Ayyıldız to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esen Yusuf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polat Süngü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egemen Gök having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Polat Süngü in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egemen Gök prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Polat Süngü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egemen Gök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rumelikavagi FK's Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egemen Gök. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Kutsi Yavuz ran back to his position shaking his head. Egemen Gök made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Polat Süngü in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Haydar Kantürk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naci Eyüpoğlu in the 94th minute of play forced Rumelikavagi FK's goalkeeper Abdulaziz Ayyıldız to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Polat Süngü could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Egemen Gök made a huge save. Rumelikavagi FK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
