Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Afşar Yazıcıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakup Kadri Kıvanç in the 5th minute of play. Hayri Birsel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hayri Birsel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afşar Yazıcıoğlu having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play, Demirci SK's Hayri Birsel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Afşar Yazıcıoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hayri Birsel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erhun Ruhsat might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tayyip Hanedan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erhun Ruhsat ran back to his position shaking his head. Ergani FK's Afşar Yazıcıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakup Kadri Kıvanç in the 34th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Erhun Ruhsat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Tayyip Hanedan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Afşar Yazıcıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayri Birsel in the 45th minute of play. If Hayri Birsel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yakup Kadri Kıvanç to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Demirci SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batur İncirli to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Demirci SK's Rüknettin Özcan got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Yakup Kadri Kıvanç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Afşar Yazıcıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erhun Ruhsat in the 66th minute of play forced Demirci SK's goalkeeper Tayyip Hanedan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Çağatay İmren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Erhun Ruhsat came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Ergani FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erhun Ruhsat couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute, Çağatay İmren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 74 minutes, Batur İncirli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Demirci SK and the Ergani FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Demirci SK's Batur İncirli got a free kick in the 74th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mehmet Fatih Üke during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mehmet Fatih Üke hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Erhun Ruhsat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute.
