In the 15th minute of the match Osmanbey JK got a corner. Ergani FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erkan Periz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erkan Periz made a great header on Osmanbey JK's corner, it was just that Ergani FK's Afşar Yazıcıoğlu managed to reach the ball for a save. Serbülent Hikmet might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afşar Yazıcıoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serbülent Hikmet ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Özgün Tun got free with Afşar Yazıcıoğlu in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serbülent Hikmet struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Afşar Yazıcıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Osmanbey JK. In the 27th minute, Çağatay İmren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afşar Yazıcıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serbülent Hikmet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erhun Ruhsat hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Afşar Yazıcıoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by İlhami Sadi in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serbülent Hikmet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlhami Sadi in the 54th minute of play forced Ergani FK's goalkeeper Afşar Yazıcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erhun Ruhsat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hakkı Deniz Namık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Ergani FK's Ahmet Ozan Şafak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hakkı Deniz Namık narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Ergani FK's goal looked a bit too open when Serbülent Hikmet came free, but Afşar Yazıcıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Erhun Ruhsat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ergani FK's Afşar Yazıcıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serbülent Hikmet in the 73rd minute of play. Serbülent Hikmet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afşar Yazıcıoğlu having to interfere. Hakkı Deniz Namık made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çağatay İmren in the 86th minute. Hakkı Deniz Namık didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erhun Ruhsat went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Erhun Ruhsat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Hakkı Deniz Namık made a huge save. Serbülent Hikmet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osmanbey JK's Serbülent Hikmet got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ergani FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
