The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, TRABZONSPOR İSK.'s Tolga Nurettin got a free kick in the 6th minute. Tolga Nurettin kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. TRABZONSPOR İSK.'s Mehmet Hakkı Kıralp got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Niyazi Özveri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TRABZONSPOR İSK. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR İSK.'s goal looked a bit too open when Saadettin Seçkin came free, but Bora Rasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of TRABZONSPOR İSK. booed when Zile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batuhan Sadri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Mehmet Hakkı Kıralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olgun Ünan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batuhan Sadri's late challenge caught a TRABZONSPOR İSK.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batuhan Sadri helped the player get up and apologised. Olgun Ünan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niyazi Özveri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Zile getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Saadettin Seçkin hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Zile's Halil İbrahim Erguvan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bora Rasi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Batuhan Sadri kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Mehmet Hakkı Kıralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olgun Ünan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Hakkı Kıralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Niyazi Özveri notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zile's Olgun Ünan. Olgun Ünan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Zile's zone, Semi Zorbey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgun Ünan came out of the goal and Semi Zorbey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niyazi Özveri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. TRABZONSPOR İSK.'s Bora Rasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saadettin Seçkin in the 57th minute of play. Zile's Saadettin Seçkin got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Halil İbrahim Erguvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TRABZONSPOR İSK.'s Bora Rasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halil İbrahim Erguvan in the 62nd minute of play. The Zile fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Zile's Saadettin Seçkin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niyazi Özveri in the 74th minute of play forced Zile's goalkeeper Olgun Ünan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bora Rasi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saadettin Seçkin went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the match, Zile's goalkeeper Olgun Ünan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Hakkı Kıralp. The crowd rose to their feet as Semi Zorbey kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olgun Ünan. That made the score 2-3 in the 85 minute of play.
