An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Arif Nurtac in the 6th minute of play forced Diyarbakir FK's goalkeeper Kurtuluş Ucatekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eren Ekincioğlu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Ahmet Arif Nurtac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurtuluş Ucatekin having to interfere. Mehmet Osman Denizalp struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Talip Necaettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diyarbakir FK. Talip Necaettin was a little too slow when Ahmet Harun Özge got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 19 minutes, Ahmet Ozan İlyas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germencik FK and the Diyarbakir FK players grew even worse after the yellow card.
