Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ertunç Alanson started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ertunç Alanson in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şahap Oğuralp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ercan Adsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behçet Kahraman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paşa Sayhan in the 7th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Refik Başaran got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 16th minute, Paşa Sayhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Paşa Sayhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behçet Kahraman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercan Adsoy in the 20th minute of play. Ercan Adsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Behçet Kahraman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ's Şahap Oğuralp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ from getting a goal against them. A collision led to KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Azmi Akdağ hit a great ball. KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ's Şahap Oğuralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ertunç Alanson in the 30th minute of play. Ahmet Hayri Savaş kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 39th minute Ertunç Alanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şahap Oğuralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Refik Başaran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Utaş Uşakspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Refik Başaran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şahap Oğuralp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Refik Başaran fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Şahap Oğuralp, passed just outside the right post. Ahmet Hayri Savaş hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Şahap Oğuralp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ertunç Alanson's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ercan Adsoy was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Utaş Uşakspor got a freekick which was hit by Davut Bilginer. 61 minutes into the game, Refik Başaran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Şahap Oğuralp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Refik Başaran succeeded in the game's 73rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ercan Adsoy in the 77th minute of play forced Utaş Uşakspor's goalkeeper Behçet Kahraman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Utaş Uşakspor's Sertel Kutlucan got a free kick in the 79th minute. Hamza Özguven took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Behçet Kahraman. Utaş Uşakspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ's Şahap Oğuralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Refik Başaran in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ's Cafer Esir got a free kick in the 91st minute. Şahap Oğuralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refik Başaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ's zone, Utkan Metin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şahap Oğuralp came out of the goal and Utkan Metin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ahmet Hayri Savaş fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KAPIKULU ASKERLERİ's protests and gave Ahmet Hayri Savaş a yellow card for diving instead.
