Musa Zeynelabidin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ömür Darga made a huge save. After 39 minutes of play, Selendi SK's Musa Zeynelabidin made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ömür Darga was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Devran Erbatur fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daricaspor's protests and gave Devran Erbatur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Devran Erbatur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Boğaçhan Yaybüke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Selendi SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Daricaspor the free kick. Selendi SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
