Dicle FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orkun Duyar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naim Hatırlı in the 26th minute of play forced Dicle FK's goalkeeper Gökay Oksar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kenan Sanih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Orkun Duyar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Satılmış having to interfere. Cevdet Samet kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Yahya Bektaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Sütcüler SK to win.
