İlbey Veysi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hakan Türeli having to interfere. Hüseyin Nesip didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0.

The wind increased when Enes Tatar made the kick off in the second half. Yıldırım Kulan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Nesip having to interfere. After some careless play in the Karakecili defense, Berkant Akkılıç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hüseyin Nesip. The Karakecili fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Nesip should have stopped the shot. İlbey Veysi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adana SK's Yıldırım Kulan got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hüseyin Nesip stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doğa Özdoruk's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğa Özdoruk in the 73rd minute of play forced Karakecili's goalkeeper Hüseyin Nesip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Hakan Türeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enes Tatar in the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doğa Özdoruk in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hüseyin Nesip prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Karakecili's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Mehmet Yaltır came free, but Hüseyin Nesip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doğa Özdoruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Adana SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Karakecili had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
